Releasing the Human Template

Since my earlier blog post containing an audio channel from the 9th dimensional Pleiadian collective by Wendy Kennedy, I've been wondering how I could affect or heal the human body from the energy template level, as according to that channeling this is the only way from now on that we can really make any major difference to the human body, rather than relying on external diets or other methods as we have been used to doing in previous times. As we are all at different stages this may not apply to everyone, so obviously continue doing whatever works for you. And listen to your own body for whatever it is informing you it needs at this time. But I was really pleased when my request for more info about working with the body templates finally showed up via a channeling from another source, from Steve Rother who channels The Group at lightworker.com.

It is quite a long video, and I've made some brief notes below for non-English speakers although English speakers can just go and watch/listen to the video. Non-English speakers could just watch the visual journey part (which starts about 49 minutes into the video), as it is really your intention and the energies behind the intention that works. It is as simple as that. The words from The Group that accompany the visuals are of lesser importance than your intention or permission for the process, but I've written out some of the words too just so you know the essence of what is being spoken. You may wish to record some of the words in your own language to play along with the visual part of the video, but I wouldn't get too hung up over the verbal part so much. The notes may be useful for the part where the leaves are falling and you have to put your energies in two places at once (I've highlighted this part in brown), but apart from that, as long as you know what to do at that stage and understand the gist or essence of the channelling, you are being supported by the energies of The Group throughout, in your intention. God and the angels don't speak English anyway, so language is not really an impediment. This is meant to be a nurturing journey rather than a mental one.


So a bit of background about the human template release before I put some notes to accompany the visual journey. English speakers, this is ALL (and more) on the video, so you can stop reading now :)

Steve Rother says in the video that the whole purpose of this latest work they have been doing, releasing of the old human templates, is to allow us to step into our new physical bodies even before they are here.
We are evolving at an astounding rate and going into a lot of areas with this new energy and so can perceive way beyond what we used to perceive before.
This energy field or restriction around us (our human template) has been used all this time to contain us and give us structure and safety. Now these templates are getting in our way.

The Group are going to lead you on a visual/audio journey to release this body template.

The Group told Steve about the body templates about 7 or 8 years ago. They gave a channel about the original 500 beings.

Humanity has been on the earth from the very beginning, but more in etherial form rather than dense physical bodies. As the earth began to cool we had to have dense physical bodies in order to stay here.

We can release the old template to expand more into the universe and more into who we really are.

Tonight they are going to give you the opportunity to let go of who you used to be. It is about setting your intent. Much of our obesity on this planet is about fighting against a template that doesn't fit.

Will your physical body look different? Steve Rother says the Group hasn't mentioned much about that.

We are stepping into our new roles, our new energy fields and to be able to express and to hold more of our own light. Many will find their physical body changing but especially their emotional body, and it takes a little time to emotionally and physically acclimate. We all have an energetic signature around our bodies, we are not altering it but we are not restricting it any more, we are releasing and stepping out of third dimensional restriction as we do this. Your body has supported you throughout life even if you have experienced difficulties, and we are to feel in love with our bodies, it is not about getting rid of them.

The old 500 templates were energy types rather than body types. We will have a feeling of feeling more raw once that outer energy shell is taken away, but you can ground it. You will still feel, but you will be able to handle it.

Steve Rother lost weight (which kept off) and had some other body changes when he released the template a while ago (blood pressure dropped, cholesterol dropped, experienced having more energy etc) and his doctor was quite surprised. People who walk into this template release in joy seem to have an easier time of it.

Little things will start changing first. Steve found that he felt everything once he released the body template.

He was sensitive to everything after he came back home from his trip to Russia.

Barabara had been at home rather than on this trip with him and really noticed the difference in Steve. Your friends will notice the difference. You are basically giving yourself a new start. Steve was emotional and couldn't stop crying for a while, but it was not about pain but about all the beauty he was seeing.

Just flow with whatever comes about and don't be hard on yourself. He showed slides of people who have confidence in being the body. That body confidence (no matter what body size or shape) will come about with the release. Thank your body, it has come through an incredible journey with you so far. We look in the mirror and tend to see all our flaws. Give yourself permission to see your own beauty without giving definitions of what you think beauty should be. So take a minute to feel every part of your body, and thank it. You chose the body template you have and it did a good job in faciliating your journey. You are not leaving it or changing it, as the body will fight you if you try to change it. Steve has noticed he needs more sleep now, and his energy affects the electricals in his home, but he doesn't know whether the differences he experiences will apply to everyone or if it will be different for each person.

As we start this journey we will ask you to give yourself permission to release the body template. If it doesn't feel right or if it feels uncomfortable, the you don't have to do it. You can always go back again later if you are not quite ready, and do it then.

Release the attachment and fear. Attachment to WHY we are doing it (eg. to lose weight, have a more spiritual comnnection, channel better etc) as that will just move this process further away.

We all have fears - what are we going to lose? You are not going to lose the body but the template in this particular form, your physical and bodily actions, and your habits you have developed over your lifetime. You are liable to have some reactions to this, but let your body have what it needs at this time. So release the fears and the control. Just let yourself go on a journey with us. The energy field can still be used in the way we have been using it before. It is just that our perception usually stops there, and we are now learning to be aware of our real energy field that extends out into the universe, and to use that consciously to blend energy.

THE VISUAL/AUDIO JOURNEY

Take a breath. Breathe the air into this beautiful body of yours. Feel the cells get excited every time you breathe in. Now take a breath all the way down into your feet. Allow yourself to be completely covered, as all this energy moves around you. We will take you through a journey of colour, of sound, of energy. Your template has given you a space and a form on this planet. It has done you well, and we ask you to thank it right now. Let yourself feel gratitude. Dance in the light. In a moment we will ask you if you will like to release the body templates, the parts that have held your energy and given you form. And if you would like to let go of it now, go inside of yourself and say "yes".

Take another deep breath and let go of every part of it, the energy leaving your body for just a moment. Feel how sweet that is, how beautiful. Now breathe in again, let yourself go through all of these imprints, just feel. The outside layers are beings removed right now. We will move you into an expansion and release. Take another deep breath all the way in, now thank your body once again and let go of that body template. And let yourself expand out into the universe. Let yourself go completely.

Your being has a new form, the circle has no beginning and no end. Your spirit is the same way. Your journey has gone around many times. You have experienced many lifetimes even in the same template. Let yourself move to the next level. Let it begin now. Step up. Just let yourself move right into this energy. Your energy can harmonize every part of this. Whatever structures have created your world, those structure are now redesigning themselves to hold a space to give more light. Breathe it all the way in.

Now let yourself get full of the red water. Completely immersed in this beauty. You have been on this earth many times, but all your journeys on this planet have included the template you are now releasing. Take a breath dear ones, and as you let it go let it out completely. How you decide to fit into this world, what label you place on yourself, consider a new label. Consider a new vision of who you are. Dare to create the highest view of yourself right now. You are part of every thing around you and everyone around you. The 'veil' has kept you with the illusion of being separate from each other. Now you are beginning to harmonize to the same rhythm.

Take a breath. Let yourself expand over the top of all these pieces. Now allow your energy just to float, to let go and be free. Now we will ask you to anchor your energy out here. Take a moment and familiarize yourself with where you are right now, it will be a little easier to get back here. Just let yourself get lost. You are experiencing all kinds of new energy. You are forming new synaptic pathways, new ways to process and ground light from Home. Feel how beautiful that is. Know that there is a rhythm to everything around you. Find that rhythm and you can ride the wave. Stretch your energy over the top of all of these pieces and let yourself find that rhythm now.

Let yourself be on the ground looking up into these trees. Now for just a moment let yourself be at the tops of the trees and also watch the leaves touch you. You will be in two locations at the same time. Watch the leaves come close but place your energy at the tops of the trees. Now take a breath, and feel the earth all around you, supporting you, encouraging you on your journey. Every step you take is on a purpose. The planet is letting you grow, to love, to be who you are. Feel how beautiful this is, this journey on the planet. It has been incredible and so beautiful. Now let yourself stretch out even further and let yourself be in 5 locations, at front where the leaves are and all around the tops of the trees. Let your consciousness experience all of those dimensions at the same time.

Take a breath. The energy of this planet is your energy, it is part of who you are. She will give you energy whenever you need it. The planet beneath your feet will help you to grow. The light is re-calibrating itself in your body. You are starting to become aware that you are much larger than you first thought. Take a breath, breathe every part f that in your being right now and let it fill you up. Your being is on a journey. You have agreed to step into your path, and now your own energetics are changing, to allow you much more freedom, more joy on planet earth. Take it in, every part of it, and let it be yours. Let the energy dance in your whole being right now.

Take another breath and let yourself float amongst the stars for a just a minute. We are not quite ready to bring this journey to a close, but before we do let your body and spirit be nurtured by all of this experience. Let us help you understand how important you are. You have brought something from Home that no one else can carry. Take a breath. Your life is now taking a new turn. You are being activated, by your own choce, by your own intent. Your energy comes out now in the Universe, and you will find it vibrates and hamonzes with everything around you. Just take responsibility for using it.

Take another breath. The body is being designed to be the perfect container for your energy, and now your energy is changing, and so will your body. Just smile and let it determine what it will be now. Let the colours dance all around you. Let yourself find Home in everything you experience. You have created a new template for yourself, that will help you grow and be who you really are. Welcome Home dear ones, welcome Home.

Take a breath all the way in and let yourself come back. And as you take a few breaths take the energy into this body of yours. Look around the room and feel how things are a little bit different. This is done by intent and the energy of the intent. It is an expansion journey we have taken you on. People will notice you. No more hiding. It is going to take every one of us to create heaven on earth.

I hope that my brief and not wordperfect notes (as I don't type fast and can't seem to pause the video without it starting from the beginning again) will help others to join in if they wish to. I'm also glad I played this video a second time in order to write this blog post, as I had forgotten the bit about not trying to change the body and had the next day put in my request for the physical template I wanted 'just in case' I have a choice ;)

Today I don't care. The whole of today I had been feeling incredibly emotionally wobbly. As I'm sensitive to energies anyway, I wasn't sure if I was just picking up on something from mass consciousness or if it was mine. I'd forgotten all about the template release until I came to play the video a second time as nothing had happened for a couple of days after I had gone through the process myself. Now, I'm feeling a whole lot better so hopefully I have grounded it more fully. But emotionally 'raw' and extra sensitive definitely described my day today.

When I first played that video I actually experienced in my own body the same feeling that goes through Steve at the end of his channels when he gets tearful. I have seen him channel for many years now, and this is the first time I have experienced that feeling, also at the very same time that he felt it. I was surprised that it felt more like a rush of intense energy, the sort that knocks you off your feet, as I had always assumed it was just him getting a bit sentimental or emotional before (as in having to part from higher vibrational family back to go back to 3D). But it was more like an intense reflex action that suddenly hits, that felt weepy but was just an energy realignment and not a response to any sadness or feeling emotional about anything in the third dimensional sense of being sad 'about' something.

Another interesting thing for me about that video was when the following words were said during the visual journey:

The energy of this planet is your energy, it is part of who you are. She will give you energy whenever you need it.

Or something to that effect. I have found this to be so true in my experience since moving to this house. I have been more in tune with nature and the Earth since moving out of the city and having my own garden. Having felt quite poorly before the move and for the first few months after moving, on and off, I began to notice that whenever I was out there tending to my garden I never had any problems with my health or energy levels.

Apart from straining my back occasionally by lifting rocks and other heavy objects, or getting an ivy rash that refuses to go, I noticed that my chronic fatigue and other ailments would disappear for the time I would be gardening. I noticed this pattern over time, which was strange to me as on some weeks I could barely do anything much, I'd have to lie down after doing just a couple of small chores indoors or even after a walk to the supermarket would be enough to need to rest up for ages. Yet in my garden the energies are very special, and I could be doing weeding and digging and whatever else all day, and come indoors feeling just mildly tired but pleasantly so, in an energised sort of way.

So yes she will give you energy whenever you need it, is something I can definitely relate to in my own experience of connecting with the earth, or Gaia, and am very appreciative of.

Lisa Renee Interview - Jan 2011

The following videos are of Lisa Renee (energeticsynthesis.com) being interviewed by Lisa Harrison. It is too long for me to transcribe for non-English readers, so I will just add a few notes. I resonate with a lot of what Lisa puts out, not necessarily everything, and some of her articles have been quite complex to read at times, but this interview is very easy to follow and she makes quite a few important points.

Lisa has merged with an aspect of herself from a future timeline and another planet that has Sirian genetics.

A starseed is a being that holds more genetic material from another star race that has come to this planet, incarnating in this timeline to bring that genetic material, that frequency and those qualities to the planet.

This planet is a living library of genetic material.

The term 'Indigo' is describing a certain energy wavelength that came through the portal of the 6th dimension (not necessarily originating from there), therefore these people have that wavelength and hue in their aura.

A starseed will have an amalgamation of different energy signatures that are coming from different planets.

LH: Is there a connection between all of these starseeds and indigos coming here and the explosion in the incidence and rates of autism, ADD etc ?

LR: Absolutely. The Guardians talk about the damage that has occurred in the neurological system of the human being, and because most of us down here have forgotten our connection and how to repair our DNA that is connected to neurological plexus in our body, we have all these nerve endings that are also etheric in our soul bodies. They are like 'energy receivers', which when physically manifest is our central nervous system. The human being in 3D has had a lot of neurological damage and because of this many humans cannot experience what it feels like to connect with their god source, to their soul bodies, because this is a sensory experience, not mental. Different gene pools and lineages have different neurological coding, and a lot of our new consciousness children have these very developed and advanced templates of neurological plexus. And because we don't understand the process of ascension and that our indigos and our new children are here to help us bridge the gap neurologically, we consider them impaired. It is serving a purpose to bridge the gap that allows more beings on the planet to connect with higher frequencies. And unfortunately with our medical system when we give synthetic chemical to an organic being it is an insult to the nervous system. This is definitely what I would call a Controller Agenda to suppress our children from actually activating their potentials.

LH: It has been my understanding that we have been caught in what I call a "rinse and repeat cycle" of life, going round and round between 3rd and 4th dimension, and it has only been rare, spiritually evolved beings that have been able to break out of that cycle. More recently I have come to understand that this cycle is artificially imposed upon us, that it is not actually the natural cycle of life. Can you tell me more?

LR: Yes. This was a revelation to me when I came into agreement to facilitate this body of work. I have personally gone through their training and viewing what is on the astral plane. Until you experience it you can only conceive of it from your mind. The Soul plane, which in the Guardian model would be considered the 4th, 5th and 6th dimension, the most primary extreme damage is in the 4th dimension (astral plane). The astral plane has been controlled by a consciousness that is not human, and these beings were a part of the original gatekeepers of dimensions. We share space with many beings, some in form and some not in form, who happen to have a lot of control over the 4th, 5th and 6th dimensions - primarily the 4th dimension because access to that dimension happens to be connected to our planetary stargate, which is in Egypt. So Giza, Egypt, the pyramids, this area is actually an access into the astral or 4th dimension, and as we know there has been a lot of war and strife in the Middle East, and that's not an accident. When human beings are suffering or are killed in blood sacrifice such as war or "wars over god" these keep these beings/levels of consciousness in control of that dimension. Nothing is random when you see these things going on, these are power spots on the planet.

There is nothing to fear and there is nothing more powerful than your right relationship to your own higher power, and that is up to you personally. With that being said, we have had an invasion on the planet, and this invasion has happened by levels of consciousness we could say are anti-human. There are structures that have been put in place to enslave humanities potential. We are ending a 26,000 year cycle which is why we can choose something much different at this time and why our opportunity is greatest, and why there has been so much extra-terrestrial activity, and influx of our indigo and crystal kids. Astral plane was the plane of recycling or enslavement - what the Guardians call the 'false white light' or the 'false christ consciousness matrix'.

Those who have some psychic ability doesn't mean they are spiritually evolved or enlightened, so a lot of our material that is channelled is actually coming from beings who really are not who they say they are. So when we connect we don't actually understand the nature of our multidimensional universe, the cosmology of the dimensions and the frequency bands because we are not trained to understand that, we are not given that information which has been purposely withheld from the human race so we don't know what is going on, and that this information has been feeding us false information in many cases.

When we were invaded 5,000 years ago our memory and consciousness was erased. We are connected with the planet and it affects our brain and our processing. An elaborate architecture was put in place there (3rd/4th dimension) to suppress human souls from evolving and remembering their true birthright which is they are god, they are sovereign, they are free beings.

I am definitely a proponent of understanding and facing the shadow and the darkness, for if we do not look at what has happened to our planet and how we got here, who is benefiting from this? Ask yourself, who is benefiting from what is going on on this planet, for it certainly isn't the human race.

LH: Speaking of beings who may not be who they say they are, I am going to ask the controversial question of who the Galactic Federation of Light are, and what their purpose is ?

LR: That is a very broad term that is used at multiple levels, because we basically have something like that at multiple planes of reality (councils, federations etc), some that are working for the liberation of humanity and this is described to me as the signature of the Law of One. One of the things the Guardians have said to me is to boundary test with 3 frequencies, and that is - I am god, I am sovereign, I am free - and those frequencies together is really what the Law of One is. Where a lot of agendas are still at work both at human and at extra-terrestrial levels to promote their own personal thing.

There is a lot of fear that is created through the idea of either terrorism or cataclysm, and from the Guardian perspective this is a Reptilian agenda. We are obviously having a lot of magnetic changes and phenomena with our animals, plants and climate, however we will not have a catastrophic pole shift. The Armageddon fear is a fear that is planted by the Annunaki or Reptilian agenda.

LH: Is there anything you would like people to know about 2011?

LR: One of the things we didn't talk about was enslavement structures. The Logos is like the 'brain' of the planet, and it was infected by a false story around Jesus the Christ. And that story has to do with crucifixion. So I know it is very controversial, however I'm just going to put it out there, and that is that the Reptilian invasion is a metaphor for crucifixion. Christ was not crucified. We [humanity] are the Christ, herefore what that is is a symbol and an artefact in that if we look at a man crucified on a cross we will energise our own enslavement. And this particular programme of organised religion that promotes crucifixion and shame and guilt, and that we are sinful little worms and things like this, that comes through organised religion, this information is actually an architecture that was implanted in our Logos. So what this is called is either crucifixion implants or salvationistic thinking. It is the belief system that you have to be saved, that you are not good enough, that you need to be saved by some god. This is not true, this is a negative alien agenda that has been implanted in the architecture of our planet because the healing of the Logos and this part of the planet is going to begin to be aggressive, and there will be amplified polarities. So many of us who are lightworkers may have dreams or experiences of crucifixion, where we remember we were crucified or we had a past life where we were crucified. This is already happening, I'm getting a lot of emails, and they are scared because they don't know what it is. Do not fear this, understand that this is a memory that is coming to the surface of the planetary memory and therefore our memory. We are going to start to remember that it wasn't just Christ that was crucified, it was us, as a race, because all of us are Christ inside. Our inner Christ, our inner spirit was crucified. We are going to begin healing that this year, and in order heal heal it you have to feel it, you have to know it. So if this happens please don't fear this, bring in your 'observer/witness consciousness' and know that this is part of a massive healing that is happening this year.

More 2011 Tips and Energy Forecasts by various channellers

Some interesting channelled forecasts have been coming out throughout January on the energy trends for the year 2011. Please remember that you do create your own reality and so these are not predictions so much as a general overview of the kind of energies you may find yourself or mass consciousness going through. As we are also part of the collective of humanity we can often feel what is going on within mass consciousness (especially those of us who are sensitive to energies) and even be influenced by those energies, experiencing them as ours even if they are not. One thing that most of the channellers seem to agree upon is that it is going to be quite an intense year for everyone, both personally and globally. Much needed change, whether in consciousness, evolution, society or the Earth, can bring about upheaval and social unrest, along with emotions of fear, anxiety, doubt, resistance to change etc The wild weather patterns, the earth changes, the media, the merchants of doom and gloom, will probably just add to mix of intensity and insecurity that is being broadcast energetically by humanity on Earth during this time of great change. It is all change for the better, even though it make look like everything is getting worse for a while. The summaries that follow give a small selection of what is available on the internet, and space does not make it practical to reproduce here whole channels, not all of which are in text form. But I have provided the links to those websites so that some of the main points can be read or listened to in context.

STEVE ROTHER

Steve Rother of Lighterworker who channels The Group did an internet broadcast on 11 Jan called Overview of Planet Earth. This is a video in English which can also be downloaded (see Evolution Center on Lightworker.com), but I made a few brief notes, which are now hard to piece together after all this time. More uplifting than anything I hadn’t already been doing for myself, yet still I was left in a nice feeling space. They suggested:

Do something to change your surroundings, to give it a new energy.
You have changed your energy, shifted who you are, and are now trying to find that harmonic to match your new energy. Celebrate it, even if doubting yourself or experiencing challenges.

Labels can get in the way and keep us from going forward.
People often ask us things such as 'what do you do?' rather than wanting to know more about who you are, as if in asking that question they are finding out the same thing. Labelling keeps you defined and limited to a 3D identity.

You need your 'sacred space' , which is just for you and where you can be by yourself.
Preferably a room in your home where you can be alone without interruptions, but otherwise it can also be somewhere outside in nature. This is to refresh, re-balance and rejuvenate your energy when you need to.

Stop doubting yourself.

We all have these concepts about what we think ascension 'should' look like. We are staying in our physical bodies while we go up to the next level of evolution. But in daily life it can look very different as we go through our challenges and feel like the rug has been pulled out from under us. Ascension pushes at every boundary and every area of life can be affected - our relationships, our jobs, our health, our finances, our identities and labels.
This is when self doubt can creep in. But this only makes the journey more difficult. Then we compare where others are at and wonder what we are doing wrong. Not everyone is experiencing the same things at the same time. You are fine just where you are, so take each step as slowly as you need to.


There is no path or Grand Plan in place. As the energies of Earth change we gradually adapt.
March may see another change in the energies and they will settle a bit.
Around May or June another wave may come in to affect our energies.
Right now we don't know how to use these energies, so it often overwhelms us.
Nobody wants to deal with the negative energy, the darkness. Yet let us not judge that or ourselves. Some of the most beautiful songs came from pain.
We are becoming more psychic now, so there are no more secrets. It is ok if you are not feeling 100% alright.
There are energies all around us that affect us. Pictures or music changes our energy. Everything coming to you is a form of energetics. Even every time we have a full moon it affects human beings.

We have the power to create everything. We are god also. If you have a religion that is a way to focus on your own magic then it will work. Because we have forgotten who we really are we tend to look outside of ourselves for our answers, but whatever you believe becomes your 'reality'. No truth makes the other truths 'wrong'.
If you believe it, it is true - that is, it becomes part of your reality. We are becoming more empowered, and that puts the responsibility of our life back in our hands, where it belongs. We have networks where we can share these things, we don't have to do it all alone. We can help each other when we discover things.

In the energies of 2011 a little bit of creative effort goes a long way. Go against the crowd to find your opportunities to make money. Main cause of depression is a lack of creativity.
How you feel about yourself is more important than what you do. Doubting yourself will just create that in your reality. There is very little time lag now between our thoughts and their manifestations. It is important to have confidence and know that you are of royal heritage. You have been hand-picked out of millions of souls so that you could be on planet earth at this moment in time. You are taking great strides even though they may feel like baby steps to you.
This is the time that has been prophesized. 2011 is the beginning of the closure of duality. You earned the right to be on planet earth by your vibrational status. Thank you for taking off your wings and pretending to be a human.

2011 will be a year of significant change, and you will no longer doubt whether you are making a change in your reality. Many of the changes that you are looking for in your perception of reality are going to come in the last days and months before you decide to shift out of the 3rd dimensional Game and make your way into the 4th dimensional Game. But you will certainly get a sneak peak this year at some of those changes and expand your awareness. Included in that expanded awareness are the genetic records of your galactic history. With the 2010 winter solstice you were downloaded with an energetic package of information that assists you in accessing some of these records. What other star systems you have been or are a part of.

The other thing that is going to br a big change for you all is your perception of your physical vehicle. You are going to have to start to leave behind the notion that this vehicle is real, and the body is a projection that can be shifted as you shift the energetic. Many of you try to work from the body level to shift your energies , to heal your body, but you find is that it is no longer going to be effective. In the past you were able to do some things at the physical level to make some adjustments, to get your frequency up, so that you could make a change at the energetic level. In order to find health and balance it is simply about letting go of all judgements - it is not negative, it is not positive, it just IS. And when you get to that level of perception you are able to transform your reality very very quickly, and included in that is your physical body. Your body was meant and designed to to live for hundreds of years. It is something that is very easily altered, but your belief systems and you working from the mind make it a difficult process. Really it is not, it is simply about shifting frequency. The mind makes it difficult but when you get heart centred that is when you are really able to transform yourself.

You will become conscious of which operating system you are using , are you in the head (where you have a victim/perpetrator mentality playing out) or are you heart centred, where you have none of the filters, none of the distortions that say you are separate from Source, that you are not good enough, that you are not smart enough, or wealthy enough, that you are not deserving enough etc etc where you have all those programmes running. If you are experiencing any sort of pain, fatigue, anxiety, stress, worry, doubt - that means that you are in your mind. For when you are truly heart centred you don't experience any of these things. Si it will be important for you to become conscious of which operating system you are utilizing Do you like working out of the mind? If not, you need to shift to your heart centre. Neiter one is right or wrong, it's just a choice of where you would like your vibration to be, and how you would like to experience reality. It is a matter of feeling your way rather than thinking your way.

Be conscious of how you are feeling about those who are not increasing their own frequency and remain unawake or 'sleeping' as it were. To choose 3rd dimensional existence over 4th dimensional existence is fine. Again it's not right or wrong, it is just a vibrational selection. So support all in their choices no matter what choices they are making. It is not wrong to choose a lower vibration, it is simply where they are and what is appropriate for them in that moment.

Be kind to yourselves. Many get frustrated and think they should be further along. What exactly does that mean? Many of you have worked lifetime after lifetime on just one of the issues that you are now integrating. So for you to make a transition and do so in a matter of years (for many of you) or months (for others of you) is quite remarkable. So appreciate the fact that you are simply aware of where you are vibrating and how you feel, rather than berate yourself for where you think you 'should' be., because you truly are at ALL times exactly where you need to be. You are experiencing divine right timing in all things, and having perfect experiences at exacttly the perfect time. You truly are changing the landscape of the Universe as you are going through this growth process.

Currently, there is very little darkness left, and what is left is up and out…the very last tendrils which are just hanging on by a thin thread.
We have made tremendous progress, even though it may not seem like it at times. Many of the tweaks and attempts at holding together the higher energies did not stick, so other things too complicated and long-winded to describe here were tried. While all these things were occurring, a new structure was being implemented nonetheless, and during this time, the remaining darkness was allowed to run rampant.

The light, or those holding most of it, was encouraged to go underground, lay low, and conserve itself. The reason the light had to hold tight within itself was because there was nothing to tap into at this time, and because the darkness was being allowed to run rampant so that it would implode or destroy itself as part of the remaining purging process.

In addition, allowing the darkness to go as far is it could with no interruption would also allow many souls on the planet to finally wake up to the fact that something indeed needed to change. But mostly, things were being put into place from above and we simply needed to be removed from the old grid during this time. It was hoped that the souls on the planet would take over on their own, holding the light and higher ways on their own (thus, all the attempts at trying things this way that were not successful), but this did not happen, and now we will be receiving light from the outside in times to come.


With so many removals and nothing new to tap into, thereby forcing us to rely on our own personal energies, these times can serve to severely deplete us.

During this time of the release of darkness, we are of course, releasing the remaining darkness or imbalances within ourselves as well. The higher energies are here, even though it may not feel like it at times, and these energies are molding and forming us into the purer states of being that we were always intended to become.

While these last stages of the ascension process are unfolding in regard to the removal of old planetary ways of being from the old world, we are being encouraged to conserve our energies and keep them close to the vest. There is a reason behind this. We are all being taken care of and all our needs will be met during this time. There is no question about this.

We are still waiting for the new grid to become steady and solid. It has taken some time to form, as the majority of souls chose old patterns and ways, and chose not to change, grow, and look within. Being knocked down countless times always serves as a great vehicle for the removal of remaining ego, as well as placing us in a more gentle state of being. Anything and everything that no longer fits us will fall away, be taken away, or simply leave.


February will bring in a new anchor and things will really grab. But it is with the equinox in March that we will really see great movement, and it will be a movement like no other. It is now possible to predict these things with more accuracy as we are now no longer dependent upon human beings to make things change and grab. This philosophy did not work. Human behavior was more unpredictable than ever imagined, and sadly so.

Come March and especially into April, we are scheduled for a massive influx of movement and of receiving. It is finally time. This is because so much darkness has been removed in recent times, and also because the new grid is becoming more solid. With the arrival of the light, the old will now begin to fall away more rapidly and we will feel much more at the helm with something more solid to now hold onto.

I’m so excited about this year and next year in particular. These are our prime years together, because there’s never been so much opportunity and there’s never been so much chaos. They go hand-in-hand, don’t they? Yeah, it’s just energy. To some it’s going to appear to be chaos, everything falling apart; to you it’s opportunity.

Be wise, minimize. You’re carrying around all these extra thoughts that really aren’t yours. They really, really aren’t. There’s this game that goes on in the mind that “It must be me.”
It’s an aspect game. It’s mass consciousness. It’s hypnosis. It’s all this crap and it’s not yours. It’s not yours.

This year is going to be so intense – and fantastic, but major intense this year – all that spare baggage is going to actually … you either let it go or it’s going to get torn away – by you, but not by the conscious you, by the smart you.

So be wise, minimize this year and next year, in particular, because there are all these energies that want to come in and serve you, that are ready to serve you. They can’t find their way in if you’ve got all this clutter and all this junk that you’re carrying around – physical junk, emotional stuff.

Some of you have old wounds and you’re hanging onto them like they’re a badge of honor, these scars, emotional scars. Let them go, they’re really not yours anymore.

Look at what you’ve accumulated. Look in your closets at the clothes. Look in your garage. This is the time you want to let those things go. Let those things go, because there’s going to be enough energies going on this year. And also when you have this accumulation of emotional, physical, energetic junk, the new stuff really can’t come in very well. It waits. It patiently waits till there’s room for it. So it stays away. Minimize this year.

Minimize your – what you would call – your logic, your way of thinking. You’ve had very old patterns in the way you analyze situations and the way you think. It tends to be kind of like a maze. The mind likes to make things complex. Why? Well, then it has a reason for being there. So it creates complexity on purpose. Simplify it. There’s a simpler method of thinking.

Any time you have a problem come into your life, particularly in this next month, stop for a moment. Don’t just go back to the old way of thinking through it. Feel your way through it. The old way is very cluttered, very energy inefficient, consumes a tremendous amount of energy and it gets you very tired. And when you’re very tired, you still sometimes have the tendency to go out and steal energy from other people. And you don’t need to, because it’s all within. It’s all right here.
