Just putting the recent channel in full below from Steve Rother who channels The Group about releasing the human template, as I had blogged about it earlier when I had gone through that process when it was first mentioned, and then had forgotten all about it until recently. It probably explains a lot about the intensity I had been feeling over the past few weeks now that the filters of the old human template are no longer there. I hadn't even felt like blogging, and had no idea why I was feeling so strange, and as usual went back to that old standby explanation that I must be doing something 'wrong'. I have been feeling so much better these past few days, and as The Group suggests in the channel below, I would like to record those changes and experiences as and when they occur to me.

The other morning when I woke up I was very aware of my face having changed. I hadn't yet got up to look in the mirror and somehow didn't want to because I knew that what I was seeing was with my inner eyes, so I didn't want to invalidate what I was sensing before I had spent more time getting used to my 'new face'. It was a lot younger looking, looked a bit like me only better. I've not had this experience again since that morning, but it is still early days. The other thing I noticed was some activation in the centre of my head, probably coming from my pineal gland. It felt like a kind of whirling sensation, and normally I'd panic and think that maybe it was related to some medical condition I didn't know I had, but instead I found myself thinking "oh yeah, probably pineal activation" and just carried on with what I was doing. I am just letting the body do its own thing, sleeping when I feel tired, and not worrying so much about it these days. Anyway, below is the channel that says more about this topic.

Know that much of your own structure has been changing. Today we wish to share with you more ideas about what is happening to the human body, for the giant leaps you are now making are changing your vibrational range very radically. The path of evolution typically moves forward very, very slowly and as it reaches the end it takes some rather drastic upturns. Those who work in the light are on the express path.

It was only a short time ago that we walked you through the different stages until 12/12/12, but events have sped up quickly so we are already working beyond that. We are already starting to share with you what will be necessary to walk into this new energy and create it in the way you had hoped. To create the energy so that it can support not only your current physical being, but your new energetics. The new capabilities are reaching well beyond your own physical being and energetic structure. You have worked very hard to start releasing the human template you have carried. Many have done it consciously, some have done it unconsciously, and others are still hanging onto their templates. There is no race, for this is not to see who can do this the fastest. Let us now tell you what is next, because we have been a little vague about that part.

Loosening the Reigns

We have told you that it is very important for you to start releasing this energetic structure which has housed your energy in the physical body. Even if you do not release the template, you are now aware of it. Each one of you have chosen a very specific body almost like your own house, you dressed it up the way you like and make it work the way you want it to. You made this body your own. The body also carries with it this energetic template that holds the energy within a certain framework and interacts in ways in which you, as humans, are very comfortable. As you start releasing this template, you have many concerns because the container is what actually gives you form, or so you believe. In other words, if you have a glass of water and all of a sudden the glass disappears, you would have water all over the floor where it would assume its own form rather than hold the form of the glass. A similar situation is happening with each one of you. Now your minds are whirling, as you envision your brains spilling out onto the floor. This is so cute…we think that is very amazing the way you think. What is happening is that you are taking the boundaries off of your expectations. You are starting to release the expectations of what your body was supposed to do, for now there are possibilities to reach far beyond what you had every dreamed of. It will simply take a new thought or idea a new piece of the puzzle that can spread throughout all humanity, showing what it looks like and how you can create something consciously.

The first step is releasing the outer shell; releasing the idea that you even need an outer shell. The second step is getting used to the new connections that you have with people. You have all wanted these deep connections, this instantaneous contact where suddenly you can reach a level of communication with a person very quickly. That is what is possible now that you are releasing these templates. In the very beginning there is fear, because things are different. You will feel more because all of your filters are in the template; these are the places where you have learned to protect yourself from incoming energy. All of a sudden you feel the incoming energy and think, “Oh, I need the template back. I need to protect myself!” You suddenly realize it is energy -- good energy -- because all energy is good and there is no such thing as bad energy.

So, we start to bring the energy through and feel it, acclimate to it and begin to understand that this is the way we were actually meant to be. Is it a change? Yes, it is. Is there an adjustment period? Yes, there is. What is happening, and what does it mean? What is the purpose of this and more importantly, what is next? That is what we wish to share with you today. We resist calling it a new template, because your concept of what you have used before in the body templates has given you a form. They have given you a way of expressing your energy as a spirit through a human body and it has worked quite well. It will continue to work even when you remove the templates, but what will happen is that you will not have the restrictions you have had before.

Perception Loop

The templates put your boundaries in place and you knew where you were supposed to be. So, some of this will be challenging for you in the very beginning when you first make this step outside of your template. You start to feel things intensely. Then, the first thing that happens when you start to feel is that you think that you should not be feeling this much. You say to yourself, “I have never felt this before so something must be wrong.” This is where we ask you to use your consciousness and your thought processes. Become aware, but do not try to control it because we know that will not work. We ask you to simply become aware of what is going through your head. Pay attention every moment to your reactions and thoughts about a subject. In this particular event, your thoughts about your own human body are creating the new energetic structures that are replacing your templates. When you feel energy coming in very strongly you think that something is wrong, but that is not right. You create exactly what you fear, so you make the difficulty of releasing this template much more difficult and lengthier than it needs to be. What we are asking you to do is to relax. Know that it is not a race. No one has to release a template. You are not a low vibrational being if you are still carrying your template; it just simply means that you have not yet reached that level of discomfort where you will release it. There is no race here and no need for you to complete with yourselves. Take your time and relax.

Pineal Tuning

Let us tell you more about something that is taking place that is very exciting. We spoke about the pineal gland and have talked about the fact that between 80-90% of all humans have crystals that have formed around their pineal glands. We have talked about that crystallization, even though it is a temporary process, is actually leading humanity into a crystalline structure. As you release these templates, it starts to form the new crystalline structure throughout the body. The pineal gland, which can be thought of as your antenna, has been leading the way for many reasons. You are now receiving information through it that you have no clue about, because you have not learned to tune your radio. You are getting all of these things at once and it sounds a lot like white noise, but very soon you will learn to tune to a specific vibrational range. All of these things are possible due to the fact that you are releasing these outside shells. You are releasing the filters that kept you from feeling in the first place.

What happens when you remove your form? Do you fall on the ground as does the glass of water without a container? No, you form your true nature. Now what will take place is the love in your being will create a new energetic structure that will help to control your body, and help to form the new energetic structures to house a new body. This is all taking place very rapidly over the next 50 to100 years for all of humanity. It is also happening to those of you who choose to do it early, those of you who wish to take that step and move forward. Again, there is no race; there is no need to release your human template. It is simply one of the many things that you, as Lightworkers, have jumped in to do. You are here, waiting for that next step. You are here to experience many of these things and even though we tell you that you do not need to do it, most of you will jump right in and do it anyway. Why? Because you are the ones who have agreed to be here to try it first, to open the door and hold it open for all those behind you. When you think about those who have left, those who have stepped aside so that you could be here in the seat you are in right now, know that they are cheering you on. They are so proud of you for the work and energy that you now carry here on Earth. They are with you. They are your supporting team and they will help you to create much of this energy that you are stepping into.

Creators in Hiding

What we ask that as you move into these new energetics, write down your experiences with them. Find out what is taking place even though you think it is strange, for what happens with all humans is very similar. You find something new, such as something happening in your body, and the first thing you do is to look for something out there that matches what you have experienced. What we are telling you is that there may not be any experiences out there for much of what you are going through. To help those who will come after you, document what is happening. Talk about it, write it down, and share it. By doing so, you start a collective consciousness change showing that there is a way, it is possible for change to ripple through all of humanity beginning with one single thought. Once that thought is planted then grows, you all gather around it and create exactly what that thought is. Interesting process. We did not think of it that way, but you sure did. A lot of what you have happening has been to hide from yourself that you are god – to hide that you are actually creating what you see in front of you. Why? That is the biggest question. Why would god play a game in such a way? Why would god play hide and seek with himself/herself?

Growing God

The simple reason is that god, too, is evolving. You think of yourselves or your image of god or the higher being as a stationary object, and we tell you it is not. You are growing god right now in this room. That is why you came in early to push the boundaries, and part of the reason you are here. All of the information that you collect in your beautiful journey in these physical bodies is used to evolve god, to grow god, if you will. The collective vibration of all of you makes up that energy that you refer to as god, as that anchor. You have much more of an effect than you will ever know, because part of it will always be hidden from you. It is the way that you have designed your energetic structures for this journey. You can hear these ideas and become empowered by many of the thoughts or energy around you, yet to take it out there and use it is an evolutionary process. It is done day after day after day and it is done on an individual basis, so we ask you to document your changes. Share things that are taking place with you. Many of you have a story to tell that you are not even aware of at this moment, but it will become clear very soon.

Earlier in this broadcast…someone asked about the people that stayed behind for you to come to Earth. We are so proud of you! You have no idea how proud you are making them even in your mistakes, even when you feel alone, lost or in pain, somehow you think it is your fault. Dear ones, you are here partly to feel pain, for pain is where much of your beauty comes from. Do not judge it as good or bad. Just walk through the experience as a proud spirit wearing a physical, human body. But know that every time you smile, that spirit leaks out a little bit. You change the person you smile at, the person who receives your light, because you remind them of Home and of a part of themselves. That is what you are here to do. It is why god pretended to be separate from himself/herself; that is what this explosion is all about. God is growing and you are the gardeners. You are doing a marvelous job. Keep up the exceptional work.

Know that we are with you all the time. Think and we are on your shoulders. Ask and you will have an answer. You still have to decide if that answer fits you, but we tell you that you have a very direct connection with each and every one. We are in your hearts and you are in ours. We thank you for that.

Kryon channel on disasters in Japan

Greetings dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic service. There is much fear in the air at this time, and I wish to give you this message of hope. In January I told you that the numerology of this year was a four (4). This is the GAIA number… all things dealing with the earth. I also reminded you that the weight of the water is being redistributed from the ice on the polar caps to the oceans as the ice continues to melt. This would result in more earthquakes and volcanoes.

Here is also a quotation from that channeling: “Now we say it again. This is not punishment to humanity. The things that are happening on the planet today are not meant as the final step of Gaia in order to kill the civilization of humanity. I say this, for right now this message is on the lips of those who want to startle and scare you and give you fear, that is not what's happening. Now, suddenly the month of the three (March) it is upon you. The three represents the catalyst. A catalyst is something that occurs, which can changes something else. Anyone dealing in numerology would have expected Gaia to move in this month, as well as the month of the 5 (May) coming later. Those in the sweet country [Japan] who received this disaster are not the target of God. They simply sit in a place that has always been ripe with GAIA change and are volcanic and earthquake sensitive. Just like their counterparts in South America, this is where they chose to live. The compassion generated by this event is considerable, and I have also channeled recently that it is compassion that creates significant change on the planet, and you are starting to see it.

1. Let us take a moment to also remind you that Spirit does not know when these events are coming any more than you do. All we have is the potentials based on Human consciousness and the energetic signs around them. We knew that the South American earthquake was coming soon, and told those in Chile one year before the event. The Japan earthquake was similar, in that the potentials were there, and also the numerology. But details are absolutely not known by Spirit in these things, and it could have been years before it happened in this way, or not at all. This is because we have given Humanity the tool of consciousness over matter. Your shift determines everything. Dear ones, send energy of compassion to those on this island nation, and give them the strength and resolve to bring forward a greater nation due to this. Help unite them in love and family as they cope with the loss and the separation. “BE” their family in this time. Be aware that each one who passed over in these last few days absolutely knew at the Akashic level that there was a potential they would not last past 2011. We have spoken of this many times before. At the wind of birth, potentials are known about what the Humans might do on the earth. This is not fortune telling, but rather potential measuring. Since this was the strongest potential, these beautiful aspects of God [Humans] came into this planet anyway as spiritual family, ready to participate in one of the largest disaster events of your decade. They knew it would change much, and it will. Celebrate their lives and know that they are ALL home. Now, send energy to those left behind that they might find peace in the fact that those who were lost did something amazing for the planet. They increased the compassion level of the crystalline grid. They have done their part, and left you to do yours.

2. Are you now aware of what I have been telling you for more than ten years about the alternate ways of creating electricity? This single event will shut down your nuclear programs for years. So now is the time to review what we have said: Spirit does not judge humanity. Humans are free to do whatever they choose based on the consciousness that is developed by their own vibrations. For years, however, we have told you of very viable alternative ways to create power for all your cities. We have done it over and over, and you can find these channellings all through my work. Now perhaps you know why we have concentrated on this issue, for this one earthquake shows you the danger you face world-wide by continuing on the nuclear path. Listen: You do NOT need this technology any longer. It will not serve you well. Nuclear power is a very expensive and dangerous way to create a steam engine. That’s all a nuclear plant is… a way to create steam. Again we tell you that you can use the funds that would create one nuclear power plant to research far better ways to make electricity that are not dangerous and have almost no environmental impact.

A. Geo thermal energy: Heat is underneath your feet in abundance. You can create as much steam as you want forever. Remember, there are some new exotic fluids that will boil far faster than water, so the heat does not have to be what you think. If this disaster had occurred at a geo thermal plant, the worst it would have done would have ruined it. Then you build another.

B. Thousands of tons of push pull energy per hour, on a constant fixed time line [the tides] are available on your coast lines. This island nation is perfect for tide and wave generated power. Again, the worst thing that would have happened to these plants would have been the necessity to rebuild them. No danger to those living around them. Are you going to take this world-changing event to finally see these options as real, and viable? The nuclear disaster was created for you to stop and change direction. Only time will tell if it was worth it. But quite often disaster must occur before Humanity sees what has always been before them… the promise of something better. The largest cities on earth sit on the ocean, perfect for this power generated option. But it has not been seen this way, nor are the potentials being realized. Think large! Take the finest minds and create new scenarios to harness what GAIA has given you… the power of the tides and oceans forever, right where you need it the most. The time is upon you to create the next step…

Gaia Speaks - Earthquake in Japan

The following video on the earthquake in Japan is channelled by Pepper Lewis who channels Gaia (earth).

A few brief notes:

The earth, like you, is a living being. The earth has now entered , like humanity, a time in which change is at an accelerated pace.

There will be more earthquakes, in both hemispheres, and they will move from east to west.

This earthquake was not caused by those who would consider causing the earth harm in order to control the earth or its population. It is one of the theories that is put forth at this time, as it always has, be it those make their way on planet or off planet. It is a natural event with a beneficial cause and effect regardless of what it would look like.

To predict future earthquakes is difficult. It is difficult to predict which way energy travels, it moves in all directions. It is difficult to say when a change has been enacted in the core of the earth where it will erupt exactly on the earth. Or whether it will come through a volcano or an earthquake. I tell you that this year, your 2011 year will have more earthquakes in both hemispheres. It is likely that on the northern and western hemisphere, that is the next likely place.

The earth is not now or ever in wrath or in angst regarding humanity. Earthquakes are not the result of what resources you have used, taken, given, usurped or mismanaged. These are readily available for humanity, and you will move and shift and change, and the earth, as you already know, can remake these, can remove these, or restore these.

It is time for walls or barriers or boundaries to come down. Where you can do this within your own being, whether it is your thoughts or your feelings or your life's direction, so much the better.

You are prepared for this and for this time, as you always have been. Be most present in your lives, your bodies and your day. Do not imagine that others will prepare FOR you. But imagine, know, that you already are prepared. And that you are prepared to be of assistance to others.

It is an accelerated time. Use that to your advantage. Look to your own resources, to your own truths to what ways you can decelerate aspects of your life that do not serve you. And accelerate others that are of benefit to you. You are rounding the curve now, rounding the curve headed for the next Age.

The earth has many different ways to change itself. One of these ways allows just underneath the crust and the mantle to liquify, liquification just a bit so that energy can slide from one point to another without needing to create the abrupt edges, where it must in fact conflict. See where in your life you can do the same, where can you allow energies thoughts and feelings to soften so they can gloss over one another, rather than bumping up against conflict.

The Next Wave (Mar 9 to Oct 28) by Allison Rae

How will you spend the end of time? Silently, this week, a new wave of consciousness is forming. Off in the distance, the mother drum sounds, heartbeat of creation. In rhythmic overtones, she heralds a new beginning.

Beating......beating...... The drum builds to a crescendo through the Equinox in March, on though a volatile mid-year eclipse series and beyond, toward an infinite moment of divine splendor.

The end begins now.

A radical and profound interpretation of the sacred Mayan calendar pinpoints March 9 through October 28, 2011, as the ninth and final wave of consciousness expansion in the current evolutionary cycle that began 16.4 billion years ago.

The interpretation is offered by Mayan scholar Carl Johan Calleman, who's been tracking this ancient timekeeping system for several decades. His research diverges from the commonly held belief that the Mayan calendar ends in December 2012.

In Carl's view, a cosmic, evolutionary process is encoded in the Mayan system. Through a simultaneous series of nine underworlds, the drama of life unfolds, each phase building on the last and accelerating by a factor of 20 until we reach the highest plateau. Because of the acceleration encoded in the pyramid structure, the ninth underworld is the shortest, lasting only from March 9 through October 28.

This is a time of awakening and rapid evolution, the seeding of a new paradigm we're creating together with every breath.

A deeper, felt experience of time is emerging as we align with the rhythms of creation. Within this phase, our concept of linear time collapses and we become more aware of the cyclical nature of time.

On this wave, we have a new and rare opportunity to merge with the quantum field of infinite possibility, the realm of God(dess) and, ultimately, the conscious manifestation of reality. We begin to experience true time, the eternal now that encompasses past, present and future.

All that's needed to attain this next evolutionary level is the intent to ascend in consciousness.

Rhythms of creation

Throughout the ninth underworld, cosmic energies pulse in 18-day waves made up of nine ascending days of light and nine descending days of darkness. This 18-day rhythm builds throughout the cycle, culminating near the end of October, according to Carl's calculation.

Waves of creation flow in increasing intensity as the evolution of consciousness accelerates. Structures, forms and beliefs collapse, and time seems to speed up. Individually and collectively, we'll experience an acceleration of the chaotic energies that have already become familiar in recent years. The revolutionary wave spreading through the Mid-east will travel around the world.

I've been sitting with this concept since I learned about it in 2001, journeying with the rhythms Carl has discovered. It feels right and real to me, although I don't perceive that the truth of Carl's interpretation negates the truth of other day counts or interpretations, or other timekeeping systems. Carl doesn't have all the answers, but I do believe he's discovered something important that helps us make our way through a tumultuous transition.

Turning into one

In Carl's interpretation, the ninth and final phase that begins this week is called the Universal Underworld. We're completing the Galactic Underworld, which began in 1999. Think of the transformation you've experienced since then, and you'll get an idea of how much change will be packed into the next six months or so. Wow, right?

Through the galactic portal, we access the universal. "Universe" means, literally, "turned into one." And unity consciousness is what the Ninth Wave is about. This idea of "oneness" isn't just an awareness that we're all brothers and sisters and need to live in harmony with each other and the Earth. It's the attainment of divine consciousness. You might call it God consciousness or enlightenment, Christhood or Buddhahood, yoga or union with Source.

As I wrote in my book, Cosmic Time, the Mayan calendar tells of the possibility of a direct, personal experience of the divine, the awakening of humanity to its unlimited evolutionary potential.

We've been assimilating the galactic energies pulsing through the eighth wave, and this week we begin the climb toward our evolutionary destiny as divine souls embodied on Earth. This is a journey that lasts through late October, on through 2012 and beyond.

What to expect

Reality as we've known it is dissolving in this end of time.

In my 2011 Astro Forecast, published back in December, I wrote: "As we all know by now, the game has changed on Earth. Economies, governments, businesses, education, social systems, the arts, sciences, technology and medicine all look radically different than they did just a few years ago. Incoming cosmic frequencies are speeding up the changes. In 2011, ramped-up evolutionary forces shift into overdrive. The reconfiguration is just beginning."

We’ve reached a tipping point. By focusing on love and abundance and holding a higher vision for the future, we can seize the moment and become empowered co-creators manifesting a compelling destiny aligned with our true purpose.

If you're going the empowered route, don't trust anyone who tells you what's going to happen during this highly volatile, highly creative time. The whole point of the next evolutionary wave is for each of us to take responsibility for creating the future. We incarnated to grow through this experience. Why give your power away to channels and psychics who make predictions?

Attunement

You and I and everyone else have an opportunity to directly access - even merge with - the consciousness of all creation in this next level of evolutionary expansion.

There are many ways to attune to the natural rhythms pulsing through this wave. Among my favorites are silence, unplugging from technology, spending time in nature, drumming, chanting, sacred movement, gardening, aromatherapy and other integrative body-mind-spirit practices.

Pretend you know nothing. Be like a child, no conditioning, no expectations. Allow yourself to be surprised and delighted by the miracle that is life.

Stillness is a necessity. Periodically throughout the day, and in preparation for sleep, I like to center, close my eyes and breathe with the forces of creation.

In these moments, I'm brought back to a simple awareness, the remembrance of love. Love is the organizing principle of the universe. Through love we conceive. Through love we create. Love is all. And it's all, now, as we awaken beyond time.

Releasing the Human Template

Since my earlier blog post containing an audio channel from the 9th dimensional Pleiadian collective by Wendy Kennedy, I've been wondering how I could affect or heal the human body from the energy template level, as according to that channeling this is the only way from now on that we can really make any major difference to the human body, rather than relying on external diets or other methods as we have been used to doing in previous times. As we are all at different stages this may not apply to everyone, so obviously continue doing whatever works for you. And listen to your own body for whatever it is informing you it needs at this time. But I was really pleased when my request for more info about working with the body templates finally showed up via a channeling from another source, from Steve Rother who channels The Group at lightworker.com.

It is quite a long video, and I've made some brief notes below for non-English speakers although English speakers can just go and watch/listen to the video. Non-English speakers could just watch the visual journey part (which starts about 49 minutes into the video), as it is really your intention and the energies behind the intention that works. It is as simple as that. The words from The Group that accompany the visuals are of lesser importance than your intention or permission for the process, but I've written out some of the words too just so you know the essence of what is being spoken. You may wish to record some of the words in your own language to play along with the visual part of the video, but I wouldn't get too hung up over the verbal part so much. The notes may be useful for the part where the leaves are falling and you have to put your energies in two places at once (I've highlighted this part in brown), but apart from that, as long as you know what to do at that stage and understand the gist or essence of the channelling, you are being supported by the energies of The Group throughout, in your intention. God and the angels don't speak English anyway, so language is not really an impediment. This is meant to be a nurturing journey rather than a mental one.

Steve Rother says in the video that the whole purpose of this latest work they have been doing, releasing of the old human templates, is to allow us to step into our new physical bodies even before they are here.
We are evolving at an astounding rate and going into a lot of areas with this new energy and so can perceive way beyond what we used to perceive before.
This energy field or restriction around us (our human template) has been used all this time to contain us and give us structure and safety. Now these templates are getting in our way.

The Group are going to lead you on a visual/audio journey to release this body template.

The Group told Steve about the body templates about 7 or 8 years ago. They gave a channel about the original 500 beings.

Humanity has been on the earth from the very beginning, but more in etherial form rather than dense physical bodies. As the earth began to cool we had to have dense physical bodies in order to stay here.

We can release the old template to expand more into the universe and more into who we really are.

Tonight they are going to give you the opportunity to let go of who you used to be. It is about setting your intent. Much of our obesity on this planet is about fighting against a template that doesn't fit.

Will your physical body look different? Steve Rother says the Group hasn't mentioned much about that.

We are stepping into our new roles, our new energy fields and to be able to express and to hold more of our own light. Many will find their physical body changing but especially their emotional body, and it takes a little time to emotionally and physically acclimate. We all have an energetic signature around our bodies, we are not altering it but we are not restricting it any more, we are releasing and stepping out of third dimensional restriction as we do this. Your body has supported you throughout life even if you have experienced difficulties, and we are to feel in love with our bodies, it is not about getting rid of them.

The old 500 templates were energy types rather than body types. We will have a feeling of feeling more raw once that outer energy shell is taken away, but you can ground it. You will still feel, but you will be able to handle it.

Steve Rother lost weight (which kept off) and had some other body changes when he released the template a while ago (blood pressure dropped, cholesterol dropped, experienced having more energy etc) and his doctor was quite surprised. People who walk into this template release in joy seem to have an easier time of it.

Little things will start changing first. Steve found that he felt everything once he released the body template.

He was sensitive to everything after he came back home from his trip to Russia.

Barabara had been at home rather than on this trip with him and really noticed the difference in Steve. Your friends will notice the difference. You are basically giving yourself a new start. Steve was emotional and couldn't stop crying for a while, but it was not about pain but about all the beauty he was seeing.

Just flow with whatever comes about and don't be hard on yourself. He showed slides of people who have confidence in being the body. That body confidence (no matter what body size or shape) will come about with the release. Thank your body, it has come through an incredible journey with you so far. We look in the mirror and tend to see all our flaws. Give yourself permission to see your own beauty without giving definitions of what you think beauty should be. So take a minute to feel every part of your body, and thank it. You chose the body template you have and it did a good job in faciliating your journey. You are not leaving it or changing it, as the body will fight you if you try to change it. Steve has noticed he needs more sleep now, and his energy affects the electricals in his home, but he doesn't know whether the differences he experiences will apply to everyone or if it will be different for each person.

As we start this journey we will ask you to give yourself permission to release the body template. If it doesn't feel right or if it feels uncomfortable, the you don't have to do it. You can always go back again later if you are not quite ready, and do it then.

Release the attachment and fear. Attachment to WHY we are doing it (eg. to lose weight, have a more spiritual comnnection, channel better etc) as that will just move this process further away.

We all have fears - what are we going to lose? You are not going to lose the body but the template in this particular form, your physical and bodily actions, and your habits you have developed over your lifetime. You are liable to have some reactions to this, but let your body have what it needs at this time. So release the fears and the control. Just let yourself go on a journey with us. The energy field can still be used in the way we have been using it before. It is just that our perception usually stops there, and we are now learning to be aware of our real energy field that extends out into the universe, and to use that consciously to blend energy.

Take a breath. Breathe the air into this beautiful body of yours. Feel the cells get excited every time you breathe in. Now take a breath all the way down into your feet. Allow yourself to be completely covered, as all this energy moves around you. We will take you through a journey of colour, of sound, of energy. Your template has given you a space and a form on this planet. It has done you well, and we ask you to thank it right now. Let yourself feel gratitude. Dance in the light. In a moment we will ask you if you will like to release the body templates, the parts that have held your energy and given you form. And if you would like to let go of it now, go inside of yourself and say "yes".

Take another deep breath and let go of every part of it, the energy leaving your body for just a moment. Feel how sweet that is, how beautiful. Now breathe in again, let yourself go through all of these imprints, just feel. The outside layers are beings removed right now. We will move you into an expansion and release. Take another deep breath all the way in, now thank your body once again and let go of that body template. And let yourself expand out into the universe. Let yourself go completely.

Your being has a new form, the circle has no beginning and no end. Your spirit is the same way. Your journey has gone around many times. You have experienced many lifetimes even in the same template. Let yourself move to the next level. Let it begin now. Step up. Just let yourself move right into this energy. Your energy can harmonize every part of this. Whatever structures have created your world, those structure are now redesigning themselves to hold a space to give more light. Breathe it all the way in.

Now let yourself get full of the red water. Completely immersed in this beauty. You have been on this earth many times, but all your journeys on this planet have included the template you are now releasing. Take a breath dear ones, and as you let it go let it out completely. How you decide to fit into this world, what label you place on yourself, consider a new label. Consider a new vision of who you are. Dare to create the highest view of yourself right now. You are part of every thing around you and everyone around you. The 'veil' has kept you with the illusion of being separate from each other. Now you are beginning to harmonize to the same rhythm.

Take a breath. Let yourself expand over the top of all these pieces. Now allow your energy just to float, to let go and be free. Now we will ask you to anchor your energy out here. Take a moment and familiarize yourself with where you are right now, it will be a little easier to get back here. Just let yourself get lost. You are experiencing all kinds of new energy. You are forming new synaptic pathways, new ways to process and ground light from Home. Feel how beautiful that is. Know that there is a rhythm to everything around you. Find that rhythm and you can ride the wave. Stretch your energy over the top of all of these pieces and let yourself find that rhythm now.

Let yourself be on the ground looking up into these trees. Now for just a moment let yourself be at the tops of the trees and also watch the leaves touch you. You will be in two locations at the same time. Watch the leaves come close but place your energy at the tops of the trees. Now take a breath, and feel the earth all around you, supporting you, encouraging you on your journey. Every step you take is on a purpose. The planet is letting you grow, to love, to be who you are. Feel how beautiful this is, this journey on the planet. It has been incredible and so beautiful. Now let yourself stretch out even further and let yourself be in 5 locations, at front where the leaves are and all around the tops of the trees. Let your consciousness experience all of those dimensions at the same time.

Take a breath. The energy of this planet is your energy, it is part of who you are. She will give you energy whenever you need it. The planet beneath your feet will help you to grow. The light is re-calibrating itself in your body. You are starting to become aware that you are much larger than you first thought. Take a breath, breathe every part f that in your being right now and let it fill you up. Your being is on a journey. You have agreed to step into your path, and now your own energetics are changing, to allow you much more freedom, more joy on planet earth. Take it in, every part of it, and let it be yours. Let the energy dance in your whole being right now.

Take another breath and let yourself float amongst the stars for a just a minute. We are not quite ready to bring this journey to a close, but before we do let your body and spirit be nurtured by all of this experience. Let us help you understand how important you are. You have brought something from Home that no one else can carry. Take a breath. Your life is now taking a new turn. You are being activated, by your own choce, by your own intent. Your energy comes out now in the Universe, and you will find it vibrates and hamonzes with everything around you. Just take responsibility for using it.

Take another breath. The body is being designed to be the perfect container for your energy, and now your energy is changing, and so will your body. Just smile and let it determine what it will be now. Let the colours dance all around you. Let yourself find Home in everything you experience. You have created a new template for yourself, that will help you grow and be who you really are. Welcome Home dear ones, welcome Home.

Take a breath all the way in and let yourself come back. And as you take a few breaths take the energy into this body of yours. Look around the room and feel how things are a little bit different. This is done by intent and the energy of the intent. It is an expansion journey we have taken you on. People will notice you. No more hiding. It is going to take every one of us to create heaven on earth.

I hope that my brief and not wordperfect notes (as I don't type fast and can't seem to pause the video without it starting from the beginning again) will help others to join in if they wish to. I'm also glad I played this video a second time in order to write this blog post, as I had forgotten the bit about not trying to change the body and had the next day put in my request for the physical template I wanted 'just in case' I have a choice ;)

Today I don't care. The whole of today I had been feeling incredibly emotionally wobbly. As I'm sensitive to energies anyway, I wasn't sure if I was just picking up on something from mass consciousness or if it was mine. I'd forgotten all about the template release until I came to play the video a second time as nothing had happened for a couple of days after I had gone through the process myself. Now, I'm feeling a whole lot better so hopefully I have grounded it more fully. But emotionally 'raw' and extra sensitive definitely described my day today.

When I first played that video I actually experienced in my own body the same feeling that goes through Steve at the end of his channels when he gets tearful. I have seen him channel for many years now, and this is the first time I have experienced that feeling, also at the very same time that he felt it. I was surprised that it felt more like a rush of intense energy, the sort that knocks you off your feet, as I had always assumed it was just him getting a bit sentimental or emotional before (as in having to part from higher vibrational family back to go back to 3D). But it was more like an intense reflex action that suddenly hits, that felt weepy but was just an energy realignment and not a response to any sadness or feeling emotional about anything in the third dimensional sense of being sad 'about' something.

Another interesting thing for me about that video was when the following words were said during the visual journey:

The energy of this planet is your energy, it is part of who you are. She will give you energy whenever you need it.

Or something to that effect. I have found this to be so true in my experience since moving to this house. I have been more in tune with nature and the Earth since moving out of the city and having my own garden. Having felt quite poorly before the move and for the first few months after moving, on and off, I began to notice that whenever I was out there tending to my garden I never had any problems with my health or energy levels.

Apart from straining my back occasionally by lifting rocks and other heavy objects, or getting an ivy rash that refuses to go, I noticed that my chronic fatigue and other ailments would disappear for the time I would be gardening. I noticed this pattern over time, which was strange to me as on some weeks I could barely do anything much, I'd have to lie down after doing just a couple of small chores indoors or even after a walk to the supermarket would be enough to need to rest up for ages. Yet in my garden the energies are very special, and I could be doing weeding and digging and whatever else all day, and come indoors feeling just mildly tired but pleasantly so, in an energised sort of way.

So yes she will give you energy whenever you need it, is something I can definitely relate to in my own experience of connecting with the earth, or Gaia, and am very appreciative of.
